About
Who I am and what I work on.
I work on the digital systems behind fundraising in Indonesia: the donation forms people fill in, the payment gateways that take the money, the CRM that remembers the donor, and the reports that tell the team what happened.
Most of my work happens where those systems meet. A donation is only finished when the form, the gateway and the CRM agree about it. So a lot of what I do is reconciliation: matching bank and gateway records, finding the ones that don’t match, and building tools so that job takes minutes instead of an afternoon.
# What I work with
- Salesforce NPSP for donor and gift records
- Power BI, Power Query and Excel for reporting and data clean-up
- Payment gateway integrations for one-off and monthly gifts
- Small web tools that run in the browser, often offline
- SOPs and manuals, so someone else can repeat the work
# How I work
I write things down. Every system I build comes with an SOP or a short guide, because a tool only one person understands is a risk to the team that depends on it.
Right now I’m learning Rust by building this site, including the CMS behind the articles. How this site is built explains the parts.
